"Lady Rose" is vintage themed and filled with beautiful roses and some vintage lace!  Handmade with lots of love and care.

7 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" wide with 86+ pages.  She has 3 signatures sewn into the spine using a 3-hole pamphlet stitch.  She has a 2" spine as I leave 1/2" between my signatures to give more room for you to add your treasures and keepsakes.

The cover is made using a heavy-duty file folder onto which I machine stitched a heavy cotton fabric and the beautiful fringed lace.  I reinforced the cover with Tyvek which has been both glued and machine stitched in place.  The inside liner is 110# cardstock.

You will find 3 lace &/or vintage crocheted doily pockets inside.  Some of the lace on the pockets is vintage as well.  You will also find appliques, ribbon, fabric strips, fibers, threads, altered paperclips, vellum and paper envelopes, 3 vellum double pages, cheesecloth, crushed tulle,  a lace "tip up" and a handmade fabric flower on the front with other laces as well.  I added glass beads to the threads at the center of the 2nd signature and added a charm on each as well.

I created 2 booklets for more journaling and they have parchment paper inside.

I used Ranger Antique Linen to distress all pages, cards, tags, and other elements.  I used Wink of Stella on some of the pockets, etc.

Papers used to create this journal:  copy paper which I've printed in a soft blue or pink.  I  stamped them, dry brushed them with Gesso and then stamped again.  I used parchment paper, 67# Neena papers, and 110# cardstock.  I have a few glassine envelopes inside.
